This is a witty reply

I was trying to think of something witty to respond to the "Missing Person Report" but my intellect has failed. So simply stated, I am here in Idaho. I would like to come up on Friday evening and see as many people as possible. EmPo, Mike, Sis. Morgan, you are expected to be there. I'll be at the Center around 6, providing that people are still there. Or if that doesn't work, I could come Friday morning, you know, help Scribblers go out (ha, ha). Or if that doesn't work, I will come next week. But Friday morning or evening, I'll probably be coming anyway.

I've been working at Barnes and Noble (for any who would like to drop by and see me in the evening on weekends). It's not nearly as fun as it was when Shannon used to work there (I don't know if anyone remembers Shannon Tiejan, but she's pretty awesome.) We used to do all sorts of crazy stuff, like build forts out of the Customer Service Booth and look up what our dreams meant in the Dream Interpretation Guides. We would go to IHOP after work and stay until 1 (I'm pretty sure the waiters there hated us). We stalked boys from her college years and made effigies and burned them in bonfires. Yeah, B&N isn't nearly as fun. Now the only people who work there are teeny boppers that only talk about the sale going on at the clothing store next door and flirting with the boys that come in. Blah.

So I was bored cashiering last night and stooped to the lowest of lows. I picked up that new Twilight book (you know, the one about the vampires that has absolutely no redeeming literary qualities and yet is still on the bestsellers.) and started to read it. I know. Disgusting. You may all disown me now and discredit me as a valuable WC employee.

Sis. Morgan, I think you should figure out a way for me to work at the WC for the rest of summer. If not for my sanity's sake, for the sake of good literature.

Finally. I thought that would flush you out. I'll meet you here at 6:00 for dinner. Everyone else is invited also.

OK. The bad news is Chan, etc. wants us to go see the Hulk at 7:45. Shall we eat at Wingers, and then decide?

Hey, we'll be going to eat with you guys beforehand.

Julie,

Sorry I didn't make it. I hope it was fun seeing everyone. I went to Las Vegas to find housing with Brad. We think we found something. It's really nice, but it'd be nicer if it was free. It was fun walking through all the show rooms where the lighting is dimmed, the walls are painted, soft music is playing, etc. Too bad the apts don't really come like that. Oh well. We're just excited we won't be living on the streets.

Are you going to be teaching next year? I say you and I skip out on teaching and come up with an online business. With your brains and my hopes for doing anything but teach, I think we could come up with something good.

Suggestions? Anyone else is free to join in.

Okay EmPo, I'm game. I haven't found a teaching job yet and really don't want to. So online business it is. We need to first figure out a need, design a product, and then set up shop. So, any ideas of needs anyone?

I'm happy you found housing! It's fun setting up your own place. Even if you don't have anything to set it up with.

For On-line business. OK. I want an airplane, and I NEED a registered Quarter horse.

Sis Morgan,

This is serious business. We need real suggestions. Neither of us have jobs (which we kind of feel good about because we really don't know why we went into what we did), but if you don't want us all living on the streets, you should probably come up with something that will make us money. Try again.

Thanks.

I want to be cool too! Unfortunately my trips to Idaho are few and not for very long. It was good to see the few I did. I was really home sick for the Writing Center though. It would be hard to list all of the good times we had there. But I have come up with a solution for making it so I can see everyone more frequently. We need to sink Nevada. Just get rid of it completely. And then we need to attach cables to pull California closer in and then the drive won't be so long (took 15 hours to get home). Plus Nevada has no real use anyway. We don't need it to test nukes anymore. Thats why we are at war, right? See so I won't be that big of a loss. Who's with me? Anyway, I have no idea when I will be back up in the Idaho hood but know that I think about you guys a lot. Hope you all are well.
